Arvada, CO: CounterTrade Products, Inc. and ProSolutions, Inc. have achieved ISO 9001:2000 Certification of their Quality Management System (QMS) . In a concentrated effort spanning the past 14 months, the two organizations have designed, developed, implemented, and fine-tuned their QMS to the extent that the Certification Audit completed on October 18, 2005, earned three coveted Best Practices notations from the external Registrar Accreditation Board auditor. This ISO 9001:2000 Certification covers both the Arvada, Colorado, and Boca Raton, Florida, facilities, and also includes the Sales processes from the Albuquerque, New Mexico. Houston, Texas and Cheyenne, Wyoming offices. CounterTrade’s QMS has been established as a way to continually improve the performance of our organization. The quality manual describes our quality policy and general company-wide structure and procedures for maintaining the Quality Management System that meets the ISO Standard’s requirements, said Marlene R. Calabria, CounterTrade CEO. The objective of the quality certification is customer satisfaction, which will drive the company’s’ competitiveness for years to come.
